When you partner with Southern Legacy, your returns are secured by real estate. We secure each investment with a Deed of Trust, promissory note, and list you on the insurance policy. Every property we purchase is calculated to allow enough equity to provide peace of mind for our lenders. Normally, we lease these properties, and the income generated through rent will covers all expenses as well as the mortgage payments to you.

Equity Partner

We provide you with investment opportunities, backed by real estate, giving you better than average returns. This is greater than traditional methods like Stocks, Bonds, & Mutual Funds.  

At SLC, we have over 25 years of combined experience in real estate investing. With this experience, we’ve developed a greater understanding of how to analyze real estate investments. The areas we obtain assets in are strategically based on value and proximity to the needs of the current market. SLC has developed extraordinary connections with commercial brokers and other real estate investors in markets across the US.

We typically acquire value-add, wholesale-priced commercial properties. This allows us to force appreciation through the renovation process and create a more stable, beautiful property long term. Our equity partners take advantage of refinance proceeds once stabilization is reached. They also gain the added benefit of long term cashflow.

Put simply, our equity partners make money on the front end, in the middle, and money long term from our process.
